Frequently asked questions
My child seems fine, do I still need this?
Many children internalize their distress. Our course teaches you to recognize subtle signs of anxiety by age group, regression in toddlers, somatic complaints in school-age, and masked depression in teens.
Does this replace child therapy?
No. This gives you the parenting skills to support your child daily, but we include Module 7 on recognizing when professional help is needed and how to find the right therapist.
Can both parents take this course?
We strongly encourage it. Children benefit most when both parents use consistent emotional support strategies. Each parent enrolls separately and receives their own certificate.
